I do wish they would do itemized billing to turn into insurance. Restore does not bill insurance but, I could turn in my itemized bills if they were an option. I came to Dr Zach in horrible pain with a pinched nerve in my neck. It had been on going for 2 weeks and I was in dire straights for relief. I got on his web site at 4 in the morning and to my relief he saw me that Day! After a consultation, x rays and a plan he adjusted and worked on my neck and I can not believe how in a short amount of time they had me feeling better already. I also did the soft wave therapy and that was definitely a game changer for the pain that was running down my arm.

The front desk girls are always very sweet and helpful. They work with you around your schedule for appointments. Dr. Zach took the time to do X-rays and see what the issues were. Then developed a plan. I am feeling so much better.

I’ve recently had great results with the Softwave treatment for some lingering issues in my elbow (some close to tennis/golf elbow). My issue had been going on for close to a year. After a handful of weeks, the pain is all but gone and the usability of my arm is back to 100%. I’ve been coming here for adjustments since 2024, when I was struggling with terrible pelvic pain during my pregnancy. So glad I trusted the process because I had so much relief by the end of the pregnancy, and now I’m on another pregnancy and have hardly had any pain and every time I come in for adjustments I feel so much better.
